Shirt from Fittersift uses responsive textile technology

US based menswear brand, Fittersift has debuted shirts made with Responsive Textile Technology (RTT), using 13 thermo reactive minerals specifically selected for their ability to convert body heat into infrared energy.

These minerals are permanently infused into the core fibre converting wasteful energy and body heat into useful energy, thereby delivering bottom line benefits.

More than 60 per cent of the energy we consume through calories, escapes our body as heat, which is more energy wasted than put to use, Fittersift says.

Fittersift aims to optimize this inefficiency with RTT made shirts, which are clinically proven to increase blood oxygen levels, improve circulation and help regulate body temperature.

The RTT technology developed by scientists from physics, biology, chemistry and medicine has gone through five clinical trials done by third party institutions and has European CE mark approval and pending FDA approval.

With a four-way stretch that moves where you move, combined with advanced fibres and technology, this dress shirt is made to get you through your active day without any signs of sweat, literally, Fittersift informs.

Among the other attributes that the shirt features include; moisture management system, anti-odour protection, dries four times faster than cotton and is wrinkle resistant.

“The Fittersift dress shirt is made with the latest innovations in the textile industry and will get you through your active day without any signs of sweat, literally," says Eric Gruboy, Fittersift's founder.

He adds, “We are establishing an efficient link between the clothes we wear and the way they respond to our body.” (AR)
