Insights on local consumer trends and patterns will also be provided to delegates of the intimate apparel companies at the event.
Rajiv Padwal, director of Little Lacy, a leading fashion lingerie brand from India said, “For a fashion lingerie brand like us, it is a mammoth task to find fashionable trims, laces and accessories in the market.”
“With busy schedules, it is not possible for us to venture out hunting for suppliers, as a result of which we had to depend on limited options brought to us through traders,” Padwal added.

This year's event is expected to witness a wide variety of participants including brand owners, manufacturers of intimate wear, designers, export houses, larger format retailers, online retailers, buying houses, fashion institutes etc.
Over 1,000 plus brands are expected to participate from India alone, with over 80 exhibitors from all around the world, including some of the most famous international brands.
Galleria Intima aims to bring everything related to the intimate clothing industry under one roof, ranging from fibre to packaging, to machinery as well as elastics and laces.
To support IAAI in its 'Make in India' initiative, Santosh Kumar Gangwar, minister of state for textiles (independent charge) shall kick of the show by delivering the opening speech.
