Total Luxury to hold Investor Summit on Feb 26

On February 26, 2008, an investor summit of current and prospective shareholders of both Total Luxury Group Inc and Petals Decorative Accents, Inc. will be held in Chicago, Illinois at 3 P.M. CST.

At this meeting, Total Luxury Group Inc interim CEO, Dennis Sinclair, and recently appointed Chairman of the Board, Don Jones, will discuss the current situation of both companies as well as a number of new initiatives that have been recently implemented at Total Luxury Group and its subsidiaries.

In addition, a presentation will be made to address a potential relationship between Total Luxury Group and Petals Decorative Accents in regards to the implementation of a plan to realize the full value of several of the Total Luxury Group's licensed and company-owned brands, including Type Y, Y Chrome and Pony Brand Athletic Apparel.

Mr. Sinclair will discuss the recently signed exclusive licensing agreement for the Pony label for all Men's and Young Men's apparel products, which covers the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Pursuant to the terms of the license agreement, the company will develop active wear and lifestyle apparel products featuring the Pony name and chevron logo, as well as a line of vintage Pony apparel products.

Shareholders will also have the opportunity to hear from Don Jones, recently named Chairman of the Board. Mr. Jones will present company-wide strategic and operational initiatives and forecast opportunities behind the holding companies licenses and private-label brands. Mr. Jones brings extensive career expertise from the retail industry to the company.
