OmniaLuo has been rated Speculative Buy with a price target of $3.90 by Beacon Equity Research Analyst Victor Sula, Ph.D.
In the available report, the analyst writes, "Going forward, we expect OmniaLuo to report 77 percent revenue growth in 2008 and 50 percent growth in 2009, with sales reaching $21 million by year-end 2009. We also anticipate the Company's focus on growing its higher margin distribution channels will result in overall gross margin gains ...
We believe OmniaLuo warrants a valuation at the high end of the peer group range because of its rapid growth, improving brand visibility, China's rising demand for high-end apparel, the rollout of new product lines and the aggressive retail store expansion program."
