OmniaLuo raises its retail presence throughout China

OmniaLuo Inc, a China-based company engaged in the business of designing, developing, marketing and distributing fine women's apparel under the brand name OMNIALUO, announced that it opened six new independent distributor stores in April. The addition of these new stores increases OmniaLuo's total retail store count to 202 throughout China.

The Company also signed contracts for three additional independent distributor stores to be opened later in 2008. These three new contracts along with nine pending contracts will add another 12 stores by year-end 2008 and bring the total retail store count up to 214 - 86% of the Company's 2008 goal of at least 250 stores.

"Our domestic expansion strategy continues to focus on the increase of our independent distributor stores with the highest net profit margins of 50-55%," stated Ms. Cindy Luo, Chairwoman and CEO. "We are extremely pleased with the execution and success of our expansion plans and are confident that we will reach our goal of at least 250 retail stores by year-end 2008," added Ms. Luo.
