Charlotte Russe CFO to make presentation at Piper Jaffray Conference

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc, announced that Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Patti Johnson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the Piper Jaffray 28th Annual Consumer Conference at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time.
The presentation will also be available via live webcast. A link to the webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website. The webcast replay will be available approximately one hour after the webcast presentation ends and will be accessible for 30 days following the conference.
Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc. is a mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties. At March 29, 2008 the Company operated 448 stores in 45 states and Puerto Rico.
