A YOUNG and DYNAMIC ENTREPRENEUR who started Tea Service and Catering Service 20 years ago with the Brand Name RUSSEL'S TEA has now ventured into FASHION AND DESIGN.

With the completion of 20 years of dedicated Service to Public and Mercantile sector Mr. Russel Perera recently launched his New Brand Name “St. FRANCIS “at a ceremony at their new Location at No. 820/1 Maradana Road Punchi Borella.

“St. FRANCIS “ Brand will be designed in Shirts, Trousers, T/ Shirts etc. Russel's Fashion and Design is a Modern High Powered Tailoring Establishment engaging well experienced and fully competent Tailoring Staff with Mr. Dinesh Ranaweerasinghe as the Factory Manager with wide ranging experience in the Garment Sector, he will responsible for Quality Products and to expand and give more Employment.

At present our products will be marketed among the Tea Service Companies which we are catering for more than 15000 Customers among the Mercantile Sector as well as Public Sector.
