Mothers Work to present at Oppenheimer Consumer Growth Conference

Mothers Work Inc the world's leading maternity apparel retailer announced that Rebecca Matthias, President and Chief Creative Officer of the Company, and Ed Krell, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will present to investors at the Oppenheimer & Co Inc.

8th Annual Consumer Growth Conference on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at 1:10 p.m. Eastern Time in Boston, Massachusetts.

A live webcast of the Oppenheimer presentation will be available on Mothers Work's Web site, and may be accessed via link under the site's Investor Relations section.

Participants should allow approximately ten minutes prior to the presentation start time to visit the site and download any streaming media software needed to listen to the webcast.

An archive of the webcast will be available a few hours after the live presentation is completed.

Mothers Work is the world's largest designer and retailer of maternity apparel, using its custom TrendTrack merchandise analysis and planning system as well as its quick response replenishment process to "give the customer what she wants, when she wants it."
