Rituals and customs that are interim part of Indian culture are full of festivities. One such occasion is Raksha Bandhan that is observed to celebrate the sibling bonding.

This event is associated with the special attachment that brother and sister shares with each other. On this special day sisters express their unconditional love by tying a Rakhi (a decorative thread) on their brother's hand.

Each year apparel companies dish out platterful of new products for their customer knowing the fact that sister's expect a special gift from their brother. Now, what else can be that ideal token of love and affection!

To get a purview of how companies are preparing themselves for this auspicious occasion, Fibre2fashion contacted Koutons. Mr Ajay Mahajan, Chief Financial Officer of the company in this regard said, "We wont be launching any special line on this occasion, but our fashion segment already serves the purpose. The attires that we display in our stores are quite fashionable and are capable of giving any reputed brand a run for its money."

"We target the mid segment of the society, who desires to wear fashionable clothing, but cannot afford the high end products. We make sure that our apparels enter the wardrobe of middle class family and that's the reason our range can be availed within Rs150 to Rs700."

Further Mr Mahajan went on to say, "We keep track of international fashion trends and serve the best of fashion. The ladies range we launched on April, this year, is getting good response for the consumers."

On a concluding note Mr Mahajan stated that tops, jeans, skirts and even sari would be one of the best gifts to please ones sister.

So brothers, now you know how to please your sister this Raksha bandhan. Go ahead, and celebrate this unique bond of love you share with your loved ones with beautiful gifts.
