New York & Co announces management changes

New York & Company Inc announced that Ron Ristau, President and Chief Financial Officer, has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. Sheamus Toal, presently the Company's Chief Accounting Officer has been named Chief Financial Officer. The Company is not planning to replace the position of President.
“I want to thank Ron for his years of service and contributions and wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Richard P. Crystal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
“We are pleased that the Company has the senior management depth to promote such a strong financial executive from within. Sheamus has demonstrated a strong understanding of the business as well as excellent leadership skills, and we expect a smooth transition as he enters into his new role,” added Crystal.
