GK Elite Sportswear L.P., is excited to announce its new Nastia Liukin Gold Medal Collection. This new gymnastics leotard collection was developed with Olympic All round Gold Medalist Nastia Liukin and features six striking new leotards.

"Each garment has been inspired by something near and dear to me," stated the Olympic Gold Medalist. "Some represent my achievements in Beijing. Others represent my desire to inspire every gymnast who wears them to always give their sport their very best efforts. With 100% effort, you can always be proud of your accomplishments. I hope you enjoy this first collection in the new Nastia Liukin Signature Series."

Nastia captured the hearts of America and the world last summer at the Olympic games in Beijing. She won 5 medals for Team USA, including Gold in the All Around Competition, Silver on the Uneven Parallel Bars, Balance Beam and the Team Competition, and Bronze on Floor Exercise. Nastia is only the third American gymnast to win 5 Olympic medals in a single competition. Both Mary Lou Retton in 1984 and Shannon Miller in 1992, won 5 medals. With her All Around Gold Medal, Nastia joined Mary Lou Retton and Carly Patterson as American winners of the most coveted prize in all of individual gymnastics.

Since the Olympic Games in August, Nastia has toured the United States with her teammates on the Tour of Gymnastics Superstars. In addition to the tour, she has made appearances on Oprah, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Conan O'Brien Show and a guest appearance on the hot new show Gossip Girl. She is now back training at her home gym, WOGA (World Olympic Gymnastics Academy) in Frisco, Texas, coached by her Father, Olympic Gold Medalist Valeri Liukin.

GK is the world's leading supplier of gymnastics apparel and is recognized around the world for superior variety, quality, fit and service.
