VF Corp elects Ms Juliana Chugg as Director

The Board of Directors of VF Corporation has elected Juliana L. Chugg to serve as a director, effective February 10, 2009. Chugg is Senior Vice President at General Mills Inc. and President of Pillsbury USA.
Chugg, 41, has held a progression of leadership roles with General Mills and Pillsbury over the past twelve years. She was appointed to her current role in 2006 and has responsibility for all Pillsbury and Totino's branded products in the United States, which generate annual revenues of $1.7 billion.
She previously served as President of General Mills' Baking Products division, which comprises the Betty Crocker and Gold Medal brands. She also spent five years as managing director of international operations in Australia.
“Juliana brings strong general and international management experience, as well as considerable success in growing global consumer brands. I look forward to having her on our Board and am confident that she will bring many valuable insights to VF in the years to come,” said VF Corporation Chairman and CEO Eric Wiseman.
Chugg holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of South Australia.
