KDS Logistics Ltd is one of the sister concern of KDS Group. KDS Group has core business interest and investments in garments, accessories, textiles, steel, logistics and workforce of over 8000 in all its operations. KDS Logistics Ltd (KDSLL) located at Sonaichari, Ghoramara, Shitakunda, Chittagong, is the largest off-dock service provider in Bangladesh. It had started operations from 18th June'2008 and obtained the necessary port and custom permission for exports on 06th July, 2009.

The company started export operations from 10th July'2008 with world-renowned Main Line Operators along with which the company has obtained necessary custom and port permission and accordingly started handling import containers.

The location sidesteps the Chittagong city traffic as KDS Logistics Ltd is situated right on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway about 20 KM distance from the country's largest seaport, Chittagong Port, and has a road link to and from Chittagong port, via an express way bypassing the congested Chittagong Metro route.

KDS Logistics Ltd's aim is to provide prompt, efficient, quality and hassle free highest operational services to the industry in order to achieve the increasing needs of shipping trades and also to support the Chittagong Port for quick handling of containerized cargo & container vessels.
