Etienne Aigner, a leading international luxury and lifestyle Company headquartered in Munich, Germany, has signed an exclusive license agreement with Mariella Burani Fashion Group for the development, production, and international distribution of Etienne Aigner women's Prêt -à-Porter collections, Aigner Fashion Donna.

The Aigner Fashion Donna collections, commencing with the S/S 2010 collections, will be developed, under the supervision of Udo Edling, Creative Director of Aigner, produced, and distributed internationally via MBFG's international network and the 112 boutiques of Etienne Aigner's situated in 45 countries world-wide.

Etienne Aigner AG, founded in the 60's, boasts over 40 years as one of Germany's elite brands and is renowned internationally for its luxury handbag and accessories collections. The Aigner collections are viewed as a brilliant combination of German precision and Tuscan tradition: a German brand with an Italian soul.

Sibylle Schön, CEO Aigner states: “We are very satisfied that MBFG, our new strategic partner, will develop our women's apparel collections. The Aigner “high quality claim” is guaranteed by MBFG's extensive experience in the design, production and distribution of women's luxury apparel collections. In addition, we expect to benefit from MBFG's international distribution network. We view this license as a solid platform for the sustained growth of our women's collections.”

Luca Bertolini, General Manager of Mariella Burani Fashion Group, states: “Etienne Aigner is renowned world-wide for the tradition, innovation, and classic grace of its collections. The Aigner Fashion Donna collections will complement our existing luxury apparel collections extremely well and we are confident in our ability to further develop the Aigner brand internationally.”
