Beaumanoir buys out RMG distributor Morgan

The Commercial Court of Nanterre has selected the offer of Group Beaumanoir to purchase Morgan, which has a very good distribution network in the field of ready-made garments and Beaumanoir now, wants to consolidate its position in the European markets with the help of Morgan.
Beaumanoir has been assessed to have quoted one of the most competitive and favourable bids for purchasing Morgan and which is now expected to ensure the rapid development of Morgan, its employees and partners and in the process also help Beaumanoir gain market leadership.
Morgan is a distribution company, with a turnover of €140 million and has over 1,000 employees across Europe, working and more than 1,000 ideally located outlets in 50 countries around the world and also has built a reputation for fashion and style and is recognized, both in France and abroad.
Now after having been taken over by Beaumanoir, both the companies are expected to have important synergies in sourcing distribution, logistics and better information management systems, though both will have a independent and identity of its won on which a keen eye will be kept..
