The Kit Team to deliver PUMA Trainingwear to MR7's

PUMA and The Kit Team announce a sponsorship deal with the 2009 Manchester Rugby Sevens event (MR7's) held in July later this year.

The Kit Team as the Official Sportswear Sponsor to the event, will provide MR7's Merchandise as well as PUMA Referee's kit. Also, up for grabs for the competing teams are £100 worth of The Kit Team PUMA Rugby Teamwear vouchers for five of the Cup Runners Up Teams and £50 for five of the Plate Winner Teams.

John Howarth, Sales Director, The Kit Team states: "As a business, grassroots sport is important to us, so we're delighted to be supporting the largest Rugby Sevens tournament in the North West. It gives us great pride to be the Official Sportswear Sponsor and we're looking forward to meeting the competing teams over the three day event. It also gives us a great opportunity to seek out new teams within the code."

The Kit Team are PUMA's Exclusive Licensee for PRO Teamsports in the UK and Ireland. The Kit Team design, manufacture and deliver PUMA Technical Kit and Trainingwear to Football and Rugby clubs including Bath Rugby, St. Helens Rugby League, England Rugby League and Reading FC.

On a larger scale, PUMA has recently announced a new partnership that sees the leading sportlifestyle brand become the official supplier and the official licensee of replica merchandise for the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU).

The Kit Team brings the PUMA brand to grassroots Rugby and exclusively offers grassroots Rugby teams the ability to design their very own PUMA Kit.

Design the look, fit and style of your PUMA Kit, all made in your clubs colours; then decide upon your name, numbering, club crest and sponsor branding detail including embroidery and heat transfer application techniques.

The Kit Team is the new online trading name of Genesis Group International Ltd, PUMA's Exclusive Licensee for PRO Teamsports in the UK and Ireland. We exclusively design, manufacture and deliver Kit and Trainingwear solutions to Football and Rugby clubs such as Reading FC, Bath Rugby, St. Helens Rugby League and England Rugby League for PUMA.
