NAUMD 2009-10 Officers & Directors announced

The North-American Association of Uniform Manufacturers & Distributors (NAUMD) announced the election of its Board of Directors and Officers for 2009-10.
In voting by the NAUMD Membership, the continuing Executive Committee included:
Roger Heldman, Blumenthal Uniform Company elected to a 1-year term as Chairman along with Steve Zalkin, Alamar Uniforms Company, Vice Chairman, Steve Robinson, Liberty Uniform Manufacturing Co., Inc., Treasurer and Jim Tewmey, VF Imagewear, Inc. as Member at Large. Richard J. Lerman, NAUMD's President, was elected Secretary and Ron Pate, Unison Marketing Group, Inc. continues as Immediate Past Chairman.
Newly elected board members were:
Stewart Brooks, Rocky Shoes & Boots Inc., Michael Broome, Samuel Broome Uniform Accessories., William Goetz, CINTAS, William D. Graves, Graves Uniforms, John Gunzler, Edwards Garment Company, Fred Heldman, Fechheimer Brothers Company, Sol Jacobs, I. Spiewak & Sons, Inc., Ron Klepner, Superior Uniforms Group, Phil Newman, PSC Uniform Apparel by Cobmex, Tom Ronco, Postal Products Unlimited, Gary Pearson, 3M Company, Matt Sinclair, 5.11 Tactical Series and W. Jerry Vereen, Riverside Manufacturing Company.
NAUMD Committee Chairs for 2009-10 Also Announced
NAUMD officials also announced the 2009-10 Committee Chairs for the coming year as follows: Dealer Distributor Committee, Steve Zalkin, Alamar Uniforms Company, Government Affairs Committee, Jim Tewmey, VF Imagewear, Image Apparel Institute Committee, John Gunzler, Edwards Garment Company, Membership Committee Lee Galperin, Smith Warren, Inc., Military Affairs Committee: James Hangley, Creaset USA, Postal Uniform Committee, Fred Heldman, Fechheimer Brothers Company, Public Safety Committee, Dan Donahue, Strong Leather Co. All committees meet regularly on issues facing their membership faction of the industry.
