N Brown starts well despite uncertain outlook

Analysts anticipate that N Brown will report growth in its internet and catalogue brands, particularly Simply Be, which is currently being advertised on television during the Channel 4 show Gok's Fashion Fix.

Gok Wan's 'Banger Booster' and 'Sex Kitten Corset' are part of the best selling plus size lingerie collection from N Brown.

N Brown Group posted an 11 per cent rise in annual profits and said its new financial year had started well despite an uncertain outlook. In the past two years N Brown has been evolving its business from purely catalogue to a more web-based model, and launching brands aimed at a younger audience. It is best known for catering to larger-sized customers.
