Nordstrom Rack coming to Belmar
Jun '09
Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc, a leading fashion specialty retailer, announced it will open a 35,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack, a unit of the company's off-price retail division, at Belmar located in Lakewood, Colo. in fall 2010.

"We're thrilled to have the opportunity to serve more customers in the Denver area with a new Nordstrom Rack store at Belmar," said Scott Meden, president of Nordstrom Rack. "We look forward to opening our doors and offering customers outstanding fashion at a great value."

This will be the retailer's third Nordstrom Rack in the greater Denver market, including one at Flatiron Marketplace in Broomfield, Colo. and another at Zelman Meadows Marketplace in Littleton, Colo. The company also operates three Nordstrom full-line stores in Colorado.

"We are thrilled about Nordstrom Rack coming to Belmar," said Stephanie Jackson, director of marketing for Belmar. "Their strong reputation with customers and amazing merchandise options strengthen Belmar's retail line up, specifically in the women's apparel category. Nordstrom Rack is going to make a significant impact on the center and I know our customers are going to be excited about this new addition."
