Off-price apparel retailer Dots accelerates fast fashion with new HQ

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert Glick recently announced the opening of Dots' new corporate campus and distribution facility at 30300 Emerald Valley Parkway in Glenwillow, Ohio.
"It is with great pride and extraordinary pleasure to announce the next chapter in Dots history," said Robert Glick. "Dots' new campus is a statement to Northeast Ohio of our dedication to our customers and our employees who support the Company's retail stores."
With significant growth over the last five years, Dots outgrew its old Solon-based facilities and looked to consolidate its operations into a single building. The new Dots campus is an important milestone for the business that Glick founded over 20 years ago as an off-price fashion apparel retailer. Since then, Dots has emerged as a leader in affordable women's fashions, with 424 stores in a 26 state footprint. The retailer employs over 4,000 associates.
The state-of-the-art facility is tucked away in Glenwillow's Emerald Valley industrial park, and spans 169,000 square feet with 48,000 square feet of office and the balance supporting its new distribution technology. Dots collaborated with Cleveland-based design agency, Vocon and developer Premier Builders, to create an atmosphere that embraces Dots' "fashion party" culture.
"We are pleased to re-affirm our commitment to Northeast Ohio and the Greater Cleveland area with the opening of this facility," said Rick Bunka, Dots president. "The village of Glenwillow will be an ideal location for us to begin our next round of growth."
