Guide 158 glove addresses needs of carpenters & craftsmen
Jul '09
Guide 158 winter-wear gloves have proved such a hit that we have designed a springtime model incorporating all those popular features. ''Our customers really appreciate these supple gloves with their exceptional fit and precise grip,'' explains Roger Rasmussen, Business Development Manager for Guide.

The Guide 157 gloves promise the same excellent qualities as the Guide 158 winter gloves, but without the warm lining on the inside.

Roger Rasmussen goes on to say, ''Finding the perfect combination of warmth and protection from the elements was the most important consideration when designing our springtime gloves. They ensure a superior grip that is outstanding in wet conditions --- unlike many other gloves which become slippery when wet.''

Guide's new glove addresses the needs of carpenters and craftsmen as well as professionals in the industrial, horticultural and agricultural sectors. It offers an excellent alternative to traditional, sewn, nitrile coated gloves.

The seamless knitted glove is made in one piece to give excellent finger tip feel. The palm is coated with durable latex and the open back provides good ventilation. The patented MicroFinish latex coating gives the glove a unique dry and wet grip.

The glove will be launched in 20 markets worldwide, starting in April in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Estonia.

Our Guide 158 winter glove has become a best seller with sales up from 3000 pairs a month just after its launch to 43,000 pairs a month two years later. We have high hopes that our new model will prove equally popular.
