Tweet.me to expand its apparel inventory related to Twitter culture

Twitter is the hottest brand in social networking, and online retailer Tweet.me launched officially this week to sell Twitter related apparel. Gary Butler, owner of Tweet.me, believes this has the potential to be this year's hot holiday item.

The site will officially launch this week and will initially carry t-shirts only. Over the next few months Tweet.me will release additional apparel items and expand it's inventory of shirts related to Twitter culture.

Said Butler, "We are taking Tweet.me seriously as a brand and want to make sure that our website and products communicate the right message about the Twitter culture. The team at Tweet.me has experience managing licensed apparel for major universities, professional sports, and entertainment brands and we feel we can leverage that experience with Twitter."

The website, tweet.me will retail a variety of high quality American Apparel t-shirts with high quality screen printed designs, and will soon release the custom shirt areas which will allow anyone to sign up on the site and have their tweets turned into tees.

According to Butler, "There is more in store for the next few months, and we expect Tweet.me to introduce some very unique concepts between now and the holidays."
