Muscle Flex Inc. announced that it has signed a comprehensive agreement with Houston PAD, master distributor of VATA Brasil OneFit(sizes 0 - 12) Active Wear, to market an exclusive Muscle Flex by VATA Brasil Women's Sport & Active Wear Collection, a co-branded Muscle Flex VATA Brasil Collection as well as the full VATA Brasil line of Sports and Active Wear apparel. As well, Muscle Flex has officially launched www.MuscleFlexVATA.com which provides consumers and investors with detailed information regarding the product lines. Due to the scope of this agreement, Muscle Flex shall issue a number of additional press releases over the next short while and provide investors with agreement and product marketing details.

The agreement provides Muscle Flex Inc. three full and distinct apparel collections that it will market via a 30 minute television program as well as traditional and online retail channels.

The three Collections are:
The Exclusive Muscle Flex Premiere by VATA Brasil Collection –The Muscle Flex Premiere line shall be an exclusive, original, sassy and sexy female active wear line co-developed by Muscle Flex and the design team at VATA Brasil. To be launched in early 2010.

The Muscle Flex VATA Brasil Collection – This Collection shall be comprised of hand-picked pieces from the VATA Brasil collection that Muscle Flex shall co-brand with VATA Brasil. The collection shall encompass 15 – 18 pieces with an exclusive marketing agreement for the direct response marketing vehicle. To be launched in October 2009.

The VATA Brasil Collection – Muscle Flex shall offer the full line of VATA Brasil Sports & Active Wear products on its website on a non-exclusive basis. This ensures that all sales and leads generated by Muscle Flex sales and marketing strategies will not be subject to any “bleeding” if other pieces from the VATA Brasil Collection are desired by the customer. To be launched in October 2009.

The entire VATA Brasil and the Exclusive Muscle Flex Premiere Collection is a OneFit garment that fits sizes 0 -12 making it a perfect candidate for a direct response 30 minute television program. The specially designed VATA OneFit fabric is a lightweight, highly elastic fabric that has four times more filaments than regular fabric. he VATA OneFit fabric has a memory stretch quality which allows for its incredibly comfortable OneFit feature.

The unique properties of the VATA OneFit fabric,draws moisture away from the skin and forces it to the surface by way of millions of specially designed filaments. Once there, it rapidly evaporates. The moisture drawing properties of the VATA Brasil OneFit fabric is a natural wicking process as opposed to a chemical treatment used by most other garment manufacturers.
