Diamond Jacket -freerider's best friend!!

The Diamond Jacket incorporates a new type of highly sophisticated design which makes it perfect for deep-snow skiing. Inside, Comfort Mapping technology uses three different fabrics matched to the body's various physiological zones – without any telltale stitching on the outside. This Gore-Tex soft shell jacket leads Mammut's new Snow collection with its wealth of technological and functional features.

Continuing its Alpine Underwear bodymapping concept, the Diamond Jacket sees Mammut working with Gore to perfect and apply it to the outer layer in the form of Gore Comfort Mapping technology. This matches three fabric qualities to various body zones for optimum functionality. The sensitive lumbar region is enveloped in a wonderfully warm waffle fleece.

A functional fleece capable of absorbing moisture warms the chest, stomach, shoulders and back. Zones of the body prone to perspiration – the underarms and spine – are matched to a lightweight, fast-drying and fast-wicking jersey fabric. None of these technical bodymapping refinements are visible on the outside of the jacket, enabling Mammut to tailor it to the specific anatomical needs of freeriders without being constrained by the physiological demands of the body.

Because freeriders enjoy deep powder snow, not only does the Diamond Jacket sport a detachable snow skirt, but it can be zipped to Mammut's Alagna pants to keep the snow out.

YKK's waterproof and smooth-gliding Vislon zippers come in two colorways, which gives the jacket a particular look. And Mammut is hot on safety as well as comfort – sewn to the inside of the jacket is checklist featuring Mammut's avalanche hardware components.

Features:
– Pre-shaped elbows
– 2-way underarm zippers for optimized ventilation
– Waterproof dual-color Vislon zippers
– Detachable, elasticized snow skirt
– Smart key holder
– GORE-TEX® Comfort Mapping Zones
– 2 inside pockets
– Hermetic jacket-pants zipper
– M.A.P. hood for fast adjustment and optimum vision
– 1 sleeve pocket
– 2 front pockets
– 2 chest pockets
