JMG to accelerate growth of Komar's Cuddl Duds

Komar, an industry leader in the design, marketing and distribution of women's innerwear, announced Chicago-based integrated marketing firm J.M. Glass + Associates (JMG) as its full-service agency of record for the newly acquired Cuddl Duds brand of warm underwear. The agency will provide focused strategic counsel on all aspects of marketing development to expand awareness and market penetration for the top-selling warm underwear brand.

“Komar chose to align with one of the most innovative, experienced agencies in order to best communicate Cuddl Duds' leading position in the marketplace,“ said Mark Sandler,President of Komar's Cuddl Duds division. “We will work collaboratively with JMG to accelerate our brand's growth and 'feel good' positioning, and reach a broadening consumer base.“

JMG offers a unique passion for the brand, having developed the powerful and distinctive packaging concepts for Cuddl Duds when it was owned by O'Bryan Brothers, Inc. “We are thrilled for the opportunity to work with Komar,“ said Jeff Glass, President and Founder of J.M. Glass + Associates.

JMG will provide expertise in marketing and business development, merchandising, promotions, public relations, social media and advertising support.

Headquartered in New York City, Cuddl Duds is a wholly owned subsidiary of Komar. Established in 1908, Komar is a privately held intimate apparel company that markets and distributes women's sleepwear, loungewear, bras and lingerie.
