Bonobos, one of the Internet's fastest growing men's brands, announced that it has gone live with Quiet Logistics, the first multi-tenant robotic Fulfillment to Consumer (F2C) provider to supply distribution services for the e-tailer's complete product line.

“At Bonobos, we believe that the customer experience is what makes us different,” said Andy Dunn, CEO of Bonobos. “We employ intelligent, empathetic people who provide exceptional customer service and this commitment now expands to our physical fulfillment partner, Quiet Logistics. We appreciate that the stakes in the online experience are much higher in all aspects of customer service including order fulfillment. By selecting Quiet Logistics and their robot–driven fulfillment service, we believe that the resulting increases in order speed and accuracy will enhance our customer's experience.”

Consumer Driven Fulfillment (CDF) is the new echelon of order completion and product care services now expected by online customers. Quiet Logistics utilizes the latest field proven robotic material handling technology with a fully integrated warehouse management system, complimentary advanced warehouse automation technologies and flexible parcel shipping systems to achieve an extra level of fulfillment quality.

“Bonobos is a great example of a new, bold, innovative e-tailer that has created a highly fashionable yet simple product that sells,” commented Bruce Welty, CEO of Quiet Logistics. “A ground-breaking e-tail business such as Bonobos demands an innovative fulfillment solution that Quiet Logistics provides.”
