Premier signs agreements for disposable protective apparel

Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, announced new agreements for disposable non-sterile protective apparel have been awarded to AllCare Inc. of Bartlett, Ill., a minority business enterprise; Cardinal Health of Waukegan, Ill.; and Medline Industries Inc. of Mundelein, Ill.
Effective December 1, 2009, the agreements are available to acute care and continuum of care members of the Premier healthcare alliance.
The Premier healthcare alliance is more than 2,100 U.S. hospitals and 63,000-plus other healthcare sites working together to improve healthcare quality and affordability.
