Raymond, the textile and apparel major is mulling to open over 200 exclusive outlets across India in the next eighteen months as part of a strategy to grow its business multi-fold.
Revealing plans, the CMD of Raymond Ltd, Gautam Hari Singhania said, “We have unveiled 100 stores in the last three months and plan to open 200 more in the next one and half years.”
“We have opened stores in Tier III, IV and V towns and cities in the last few months which will help us further consolidate our end-to-end leadership position,” he added by saying.
Raymond Ltd is the world's third-largest maker of worsted fabric, used in making men's suits and has at present, about 600 exclusive stores across the length and breadth of India.
