Telegaleria realizes ten times growth in worst economy

"We are pleased with our growth this year but, it did not come easy," adds Ackourey. "We had many surprises and challenges along the way, but in the end it was listening to the customers and developing innovative ways of giving them what they wanted. But the biggest surprise of the year had to be learning of the large amount of customers we had that came by word of mouth. It always surprised me to have people contact us and say, 'my sister or friend recommended you. Can you help me too?' I love hearing that, it means we make a difference in people's lives, and as long as we do that our growth will always be high."
