Magla to design Dickies' Work Glove Line

Dickies, the innovative work wear and lifestyle apparel brand, announced a new licensing agreement with Magla Products, the leading manufacturer of branded hand-safety gear and related cleaning products. Dickies' extensive portfolio of licensees continue to deliver work wear and work-inspired lines including bags, footwear, belts, socks, medical wear, headwear, sunglasses, kidswear, men's tops and junior girls apparel in addition to work gloves.
“We continue to expand our licensee relationships to meet the needs of our diverse customer base, adding companies that produce high-quality, innovative products synonymous with the Dickies brand,” said Michael Penn, Vice President of Licensing for Dickies. “Magla Products has produced and designed superior, high-performance work gloves for top-tier brands over the years.”
“We are excited to have signed a licensing agreement with the Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co.,” said Jordan Glatt, President of Magla Products. “Both the Dickies and Genuine Dickies brands are the premier names for work apparel. Coupled with our innovation and product styling, they will help solidify and strengthen our position as the leader in branded hand protection.”
Design and production of the Dickies' work gloves will begin immediately with marketing and distribution expected to begin in the second half of 2010.
