Body Bark Apparel is perfect for Neiman customers

While the economic climate has consumers concerned about cash flow and the environmental climate encourages eco-conscious consumption, consumers still demand luxury. The Body Bark apparel line exceeds these expectations. It follows that Neiman Marcus has introduced Body Bark in eighteen locations nationwide and tagged it one of spring's Fab Finds! Catherine Poirier, Body Bark owner and designer, is thrilled, “Body Bark is a fab find for all seasons! Customers want value, quality, and luxury in purchases; they want empowerment.” Body Bark delivers with eco-conscious, versatile, protective, and fashionable apparel.

Body Bark's elegant tops, bottoms, and lingerie are made in the USA from sustainable fiber. The name Body Bark represents protective coverage and an eco-conscious heritage, but does not speak to the sensuality of the fabric—Body Bark feels like butter. Rita Harris, Body Bark sales rep, spearheaded the line introduction to buyers for Neiman Marcus Dallas. “No one believes that wood can feel this soft,” she said. “I knew that once Neiman Marcus buyers felt Body Bark, they'd realize it was perfect for their customers.” The derivation/use of beech wood cellulose by Lenzing Group AP gives Body Bark's MicroModal fabric its tactile pleasure, color brilliance, and durability.

Body Bark is versatile and can be worn alone, layered, reversed, or invisibly. It fits closely to the body for a sleek silhouette without bulk. Body Bark also protects skin from abrasive garments. Conversely, it protects clothing from perspiration and deodorant stains. This beneficially translates to a decrease in dry cleaning costs.

“Our union with Neiman Marcus is a perfect match—both companies strive to empower women through fashion,” said Ms. Poirier. It's the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
