Harrys of London, an England-based manufacturer of exclusive men's footwear and leather goods, will launch its first ever standalone retail store in the Middle East today, April 29.
The store that spreads across 70 square metres is designed as per the brand's signature, library theme, wherein the shoes will be arranged as 'books' in bookcases, which will be about four metres in height. The shoes kept on such a height can be accessed with the help of sliding wooden, library ladders.
Interiors of the store will comprise of dove grey suede walls, traditional cornicing and a 1930's herringbone oak floor, which will be shipped from London. The custom-made chesterfield sofas tailored in signature Harrys of London leathers and textiles will be manufactured by the company's favorite Italian tanneries.
The company has been witnessing a remarkable growth outside England, and has therefore decided to grow further by entering the Middle East market, starting this year.
The Middle East consumers can very well differentiate between luxury and true quality, stated Giuseppe Bonfiglio, CEO, Harrys of London.
Following the outstanding performance in London, Harrys of London has been in demand around the world. People want the exact format of Harrys of London's, London store in other cities across the globe. The company intends to open five more stores during the current fiscal, informed the CEO.
Along with selling the collection through its flagship store in London, Harrys of London apparels are also available around the world's premiere retail stores and it has an online portal as well.
