The Company
Nuubo was born in 2006 and began developing its cardiac telemedicine solution at that time. Three young executives and 14 employees have implemented the idea. Rodrigo Miranda is its executive director. In late 2009 they implemented their first 100 units. In 2011 the company expects to achieve an "evangelization of the market,” such that any patient can buy a T-shirt in any medical or sports store.
The medical use of Nuubo's shirt also has a sports application. It can become the best health-guard of elite athletes. Additionally, a major beneficiary of its medical use could be for children. Children with heart problems suffer more than other patients when it comes to wearing a device that identifies their distinct problems.
