Dots receives Northeast Ohio Top Workplace honor

Dots, the national women's specialty apparel retailer, was named one of Northeast Ohio's top workplaces for 2010. The Employer's Resource Council will present Dots with the coveted NorthCoast 99 award on September 14, 2010.
NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio. The program examines fundamental workplace policies and practices in the areas of staffing and workforce planning; development and training; compensation and rewards; organizational culture; and organizational innovation, success, and performance. Conducted by ERC, NorthCoast 99 has annually recognized great workplaces in Northeast Ohio since 1999. The ERC is the largest organization in Northeast Ohio dedicated to HR and workplace programs, practices, training and consulting.
