The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. announced the signing of an agreement with Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. to provide men's big and tall apparel to Bon-Ton customers through Bon-Ton's eCommerce website and, beginning in the spring of 2011, certain Bon-Ton stores. The product offerings will include sportswear, activewear, clothing and accessories.

Bud Bergren, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bon-Ton, commented, “We are very excited about our strategic alliance with Casual Male, a leader in men's big and tall apparel. Their dominant position in this important niche market will allow us to offer our customers hard-to-find sizes in a wide variety of basic casual wear and sportswear.”

David Levin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. added, “We are delighted with our new relationship with Bon-Ton and it expands our product offering into a new shopping channel. The arrangement will not only offer a meaningful merchandise assortment for Bon-Ton's male big and tall customers, but will also give Casual Male exposure to Bon-Ton's customers who are typically female. We look forward to significant benefits to be enjoyed by both Companies.”

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., with corporate headquarters in York, Pennsylvania and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, operates 277 department stores, which includes 11 furniture galleries, in 23 states in the Northeast, Midwest and upper Great Plains under the Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Carson Pirie Scott, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's and Younkers nameplates and, in the Detroit, Michigan area, under the Parisian nameplate.
