5th Performance Days outdo all attendance records of past

The November edition of the fair-roadshow Performance Days (18-19th November in Munich and 23-24th November in Annecy) and international suppliers of functional fabrics and accessories attracted 60% more visitors than in April 2010.
Numerous visitors filled already the floors of the Munich fair location “Reithalle” at the 18th of November, so that everybody could already suppose that this fifth fair-roadshow would outdo all attendance records of the past. At the end of 2 days in each city (Munich and Annecy) the fair organizers registered an increasing number of +60% visitors compared to the previous show in April 2010.
The visitors from both internationally-known companies and smaller brands confirm: Performance Days is a constant in the fair calendar. Moreover, it is detectable that the trade visitors are not any longer only from the German or French region. For the first time, visitors from Australia or the USA attended the show (altogether 21 different countries) and were visibly glad about the unique fair concept.
The round about 70 exhibitors from 15 countries showed themselves above-average satisfied. In busy, friendly atmosphere, they showed the latest innovations and trends for winter 2012/13 and helped the trade visitors of market-leading and lifestyle brands to finalize their summer 2012 collections. Old and new exhibitors agreed that this fair-roadshow is THE platform for sport fabrics.
Visitors and Exhibitor listened to interesting lectures about trend colors, color management, fabric functions, sustainability and Lycra products plus an invited lecture by Performance Days cooperation partner EuroSIMA (Association of European boarders). Together the Performance Days family had a party to say goodbye to the Reithalle.
The rapid rise of booth requests and the place requirement exceed the capacity of the old location, so that the 6th edition of Performance Days will move to “MTC Münchner Mode- und Textilcenter GmbH”. Afore at 12-13th May 2011, Performance Days will stop at “Espace Rencontre” in Annecy (France). For the 16-17th May 2011, visitors and exhibitors can expect an even more professional fair infrastructure with over 1000 free parkings, bigger booths and a textile site that is already know for fashion.
