Cowboys supports ISC apparel brand

The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys will sport the ISC brand on playing kit, training apparel and retail merchandise from season 2011, as part of a three-year major sponsorship.

ISC joins the Cowboys sponsor family as exclusive on-field and training apparel supplier, with the partnership forming the supplier's first venture into Queensland.

ISC is committed to assisting professional sports people with performance based garments to improve sporting performance and developing the best quality product at the most affordable price for the consumer.

A preview range of 2011 Cowboys merchandise, including the 2011 Cowboys jersey, will be unveiled at the Cowboys Team Shop (Cowboys Leagues Club, Townsville), at 12pm on Tuesday 7 December.

This will be the exclusive retail outlet until February 2011 when the full range arrives in stores across Australia.

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Chief Executive Officer Peter Jourdain said that the club is looking forward to building a successful partnership with ISC.

“ISC has a great reputation in the Australian sporting apparel market and we are excited about associating our brand with them for the supply of the team's playing and training kit and our retail merchandise.”

ISC CEO Brett Corrick said the decision to expand into Queensland was a simple one to make.

“When the opportunity to work with the Cowboys came up it was a pretty simple decision from our standpoint to work with them,” Corrick said.

“With our NRL, AFL and Super 15 clubs we are present in three states but the chance to expose our brand into the Queensland market through the Cowboys gives us a truly national approach to our business.

“We are looking forward to working with the Cowboys on their requirements for the 2011 season and beyond, creating on field and training gear that helps them achieve their goals as well as developing a retail program that will benefit both organisations.”

The change of supplier will be complemented by a change in management of the Cowboys Team Shop, with the Cowboys Leagues Club having recently taken over operations of the club's official retail store, located in Flinders Street Mall, Townsville.
