Peaches Uniforms, a leading manufacturer of medical uniforms and scrubs for healthcare professionals is at it again. Inspired by athletic wear, the Med Couture collection is the first scrub line to focus on Lycra stretch fabric. The “new” Med Couture collection is available in retail stores and online.

The collection, which consists of soft and comfortable cotton poly stretch tops and bottoms are selling like gangbusters. According to Karen Albert, Vice President, Uniform World, “Med Couture has become a very important and highly requested brand in all of our stores. Our customers are genuinely excited to get their hands on this new product.”

Peaches Uniforms CEO Barry Rothschild has enjoyed seeing the response to their newest collection. “We have always been associated with beautiful prints, however the feedback surrounding Med Couture this year has been unbelievable. The collection is not only professional but also functional, comfortable and affordable.” Additional colors will hit the stores in early 2011.

In addition to Med Couture, Peaches introduced its new enzyme washed Tranquility fabrication. According to head designer, Julie Lane Schragin, “Our new Tranquility fabrication is incredibly soft and I have been astounded by the positive reaction to our styles inspired by ready to wear. I wanted to design scrubs that help women express their personal style while maintaining a professional appearance.” Pants featured in this fabrication include the Comfort Pant, Doo-Dad Pant and Happy Hour Pant. Julie also adds, “Our retail customers claim that the Tranquility collection has the best fitting pants in their stores.”

Peaches and Med Couture designs are appropriate for women and men of all ages who work in hospitals, private practices, clinics, dental offices, labs, spas and other healthcare environments. Peaches insists on high quality products to ensure long lasting comfort and durability.
