In the hall itself distinct installations will already point the way to the weaving mills displaying preview collections. These special presentation objects will be characterised by their largerthan- life size, distinct markings and logos. They will ensure privacy for these early developments for Autumn/Winter 2012/2013. Only selected brands will be granted access by weaving mills. Exhibitors such as Panos Sofianos, product developers from the Spanish firm Tejidos Royo and the associated Research Department Denim Valley, support the course charted by MUNICH FABRIC START with the “Tomorrow is Today” concept.

“Denim is an on-going process. Our aim is to always offer customers the best, i.e. also early, highly topical trends. This is key for us. We will therefore present a family of items for Autumn/Winter 2012/2013 that ties in with our sustainability concept while still making a clearly wintry statement.”

The new concept is like an exclamation mark placed after last season's update. It introduces a new era for denim trade fairs where rigid systems are a thing of the past. “TisT“ blends business with visions more than ever before. The role of the Blue Zone as a creative lab for denim and sportswear is strengthened. Visitors are inspired because design and interiors will be given a creative thrust all the way down to the Lounge areas. The wgsn cinema of the London styling office wgsn.com will remain an integral part of this concept. This means the Blue Zone will be the ideal contact point for all important departments in international denim and sportswear brands – from sourcing and design to development and manufacturing.

All departments will find answers to their topical questions and approaches for solutions with exhibitors. The 47 international exhibitors registered so far once again include such market leaders as ISKO, Bossa Denim & Sportswear, Orta Anadolu, Tejidos Royo, Hellenic Fabrics, Italdenim, ITV and Vicunha plus finishers and laundries such as Freshtex and Gonser Group and full-package providers.
