Jaclyn Inc reported financial results for the third quarter ended November 30, 2010.
Net sales for the three-month period ended November 30, 2010 were $66,740,000 compared to $44,249,000 for the three-month period ended November 30, 2009. The Company reported third quarter net earnings of $1,756,000, or $.70 per diluted share, compared to net earnings of $1,322,000, or $.58 per diluted share, in last year's comparable quarter.
Net sales for the nine-month period ended November 30, 2010 were $145,448,000 compared to $129,862,000 for the same period last year. Net earnings for the nine-month period ended November 30, 2010 were $1,437,000, or $.57 per diluted share, compared to net earnings of $2,368,000, or $1.03 per diluted share, in the same nine-month period last year.
Jaclyn Inc is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of apparel, women's sleepwear, infants' and children's apparel, handbags, premium incentives and related accessories.
