Tweave was founded in 1951, and has been privately owned until the recent acquisition by Gehring Textiles in September of 2008. More than 30 years ago, Tweave became the first weaving mill in the world to produce spandex containing fabrics. Today, the mill is a leader in stretch woven technology.
Industrias Texteis Milagre (ITM) was the FIRST qualified CORDURA fabric mill in Brazil, over 32 years ago. ITM specializes in the development of CORDURA fabrics with functional finishes including UV protection, waterproof breathable membranes, sanitized silver ion antimicrobial protection, mosquito-free vector protection and infrared treatments. ITM's broad portfolio of innovative CORDURA fabrics are targeted at a variety of market segments, including functional garments, backpacks and luggage, motorcycle apparel, outdoor apparel, footwear and more.
