People's Liberation & Charlotte Russe settle suit

People's Liberation Inc, a leading provider of premium denim and branded apparel, announced that is has settled and resolved the multiple pieces of litigation outstanding with Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc., without any admission of liability or wrongdoing by any of the parties to the actions.
At Charlotte Russe's request, all parties have agreed to keep the terms of the settlement confidential. People's Liberation is pleased with the outcome of the litigation, and that the matter has been successfully concluded.
"We can now focus on the business at hand, and put this matter behind us," says People's Liberation CEO, Colin Dyne. "We want to thank all of our employees and vendors for their co-operation in this matter, as well as Rod Dorman and Marc Morris of Hennigan Dorman LLP and Lance Etcheverry of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, for their continued support and belief in the company."
Los Angeles-based People's Liberation Inc, designs and distributes high-end casual apparel under the brand names "People's Liberation" "William Rast" and, in the United States, "J.Lindeberg."
