People's Liberation Inc, a leading provider of premium denim and branded apparel, announced that is has settled and resolved the multiple pieces of litigation outstanding with Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc., without any admission of liability or wrongdoing by any of the parties to the actions.
At Charlotte Russe's request, all parties have agreed to keep the terms of the settlement confidential. People's Liberation is pleased with the outcome of the litigation, and that the matter has been successfully concluded.
