BRAVADA Elite to be released in early Q2 2011

BRAVADA International Ltd announced that it has completed and will release its women's activewear private label brand, BRAVADA Elite in early Q2 2011.

BRAVADA Elite is BRAVADA's high performance women's activewear sport fashion product line and over the past few months, has developed a long-term relationship with one of Brazil's leading women's activewear / sport fashion manufacturers with over 25 years of design and manufacturing experience.

The BRAVADA Elite Women's Activewear Collection is the cornerstone to BRAVADA's accelerated growth strategy for 2011 through immediate gross margin expansion, wholesale revenue growth of BRAVADA Elite, BRAVADA Women's Athletica store openings and more. The BRAVADA Elite Private Label Collection provides:

1. Gross margin expansion of between 15% - 25% through significant lower cost of goods while increasing overall quality of BRAVADA's women's activewear and sport fashion offerings.
2. A New BRAVADA Elite Collection of between 50 - 75 distinct pieces twice annually (every 6 months)
3. Accelerated BRAVADA Women's Athletica retail store openings, Domestic and Internationally
4. Domestic wholesale to select third party retailers
5. International Wholesale to select third party retailers
6. Implementation of BRAVADA's Women's Athletica franchise store program
7. A number of additional opportunities currently under discussion, to be announced.

BRAVADA Women's Athletica Corporate Retail Store Expansion

BRAVADA expects to accelerate its corporate store openings throughout fiscal year 2011 with a target of 7 -10 corporate BRAVADA Women's Athletica Stores by the end 2011. Revenue has continued extremely strong both online and in-store and the introduction of BRAVADA Elite is expected to magnify gross margins, revenue and organic growth across all of BRAVADA's revenue idioms.

BRAVADA Elite Wholesale - Domestic and International

BRAVADA currently has a significant number of select third party retailers who have requested to retail BRAVADA's private activewear collections. BRAVADA has completed its wholesale ordering system software on BravadaWomen.com and expects to begin marketing and distributing BRAVADA Elite upon receiving its initial large shipment. BRAVADA has had requests from around the globe from Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Italy as well as domestically. BRAVADA expects to make an announcement with regards to its wholesale business shortly.

BRAVADA Women's Athletica Franchise

As with wholesale, BRAVADA has had numerous requests to purchase a BRAVADA Women's Athletica franchise domestically and abroad. BRAVADA Elite allows BRAVADA to provide the highest quality women's activewear, gym wear and women's yoga clothes to its franchise partners at price points that further ensure a profitable enterprise. BRAVADA intends to bring franchise expertise in-house to develop and expandthe franchise business model.

BRAVADA is expecting to receive an initial order of 400 pieces of BRAVADA Elite this week and anticipates carrying a general inventory for between 8000 – 10000 pieces for its in store, wholesale and franchise product businesses. BRAVADA Does expect to carry select third party women's activewear products where quality and design is commensurate with BRAVADA's overall product mix.
