Mainstream & Nautica will end licensing deal after spring

Mainstream Swimsuits Inc, operators of the Nautica Swimwear brand, and Nautica Apparel, Inc., a subsidiary of VF Sportswear, Inc. a division of VF Corporation, will be ending their three year licensing relationship after the Spring 2011 season.
Bruce Waldman, President of Mainstream Swimsuits Inc stated, “We would like to thank Nautica, and their team of very talented individuals for three years of great partnership”.
Waldman continued, "We are proud of the success which we have achieved as the licensee for Nautica Swimwear and wish Nautica Apparel, Inc continued success in this category."
Jim Post, President of Nautica Swimwear for Mainstream Swimsuits Inc, stated,"Our commitment to Nautica carries through the entire 2011 swim season, and all orders, re-orders, and commitments will be honored."
