The Icelandic Ski Association (SKÍ) and 66°NORTH have extended their partnership agreement for a further four years. The agreement means that 66°NORTH will continue its support of the Association and supply equipment for all the Icelandic national teams, both male and female.
During this period, Iceland's national skiers will wear 66°NORTH clothing such as Hlidarfjall skiwear and Heimaklettur jackets. Iceland's competitors at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver were dressed in clothing from 66°NORTH.
"The Icelandic Ski Association and 66°NORTH have had a great partnership over the past few years. A new agreement strengthens this partnership even further. We at SKÍ place great importance on renewing our partnership with the company as it has proved to be a solid supporter. Our competitors have been extremely happy with the clothing from 66°NORTH, and it has proven its worth in the challenging mountain conditions," says Óskar Gardarsson, one of SKÍ's senior officials.
