Two new directors at Abercrombie & Fitch

Abercrombie & Fitch confirmed the appointments of Michael E. Greenlees and Kevin S. Huvane to its Board of Directors. The appointments were made at the Company's February 15th Board of Directors meeting, as subsequently reported in a Form 8-K filing.
Michael E. Greenlees currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ebiquity PLC, a public UK-based provider of data-driven insights to the global media and marketing community. Prior to that role he has had extensive experience in leadership roles in the marketing communications industry, including serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of TBWA Worldwide, a global marketing services company with operations in approximately 70 countries, and a subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc. Mr. Greenlees joined TBWA as a result of Omnicom's acquisition of The GGT Group PLC, a company Mr. Greenlees co-founded and later took public on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Greenlees also served on Omnicom's Board of Directors.
In addition to his board experience with Ebiquity, Omnicom and The GGT Group, Mr. Greenlees has served on the board of Hewitt Associates, a well-renowned human resources and compensation consulting and advisory firm that was purchased by AON in October 2010, where he served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee, as well as a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee.
Kevin S. Huvane has served as a Managing Partner of Creative Artists Agency (CAA) since 1995, representing many of the world's leading actors, writers, directors and producers in film, theatre and television. He also oversees the company's activities in commercial endorsements, licensing, speaking and the representation of lifestyle experts.
Mr. Huvane joined CAA in 1988. A leader in the entertainment industry, Mr. Huvane will provide A&F valuable insight into today's popular culture. Active in philanthropic causes, Mr. Huvane serves on the national board of Communities in Schools, an organization dedicated to empowering students to stay in school and achieve in life, and the Board of Directors of the Entertainment Industry Foundation, a leading charitable organization of the entertainment industry.
Mr. Greenlees has joined the Company's Audit and Compensation Committees, and Mr. Huvane has joined the Company's Compensation and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees.
