Eurovet steps to 'Greener' Interfilière Hong Kong – Mode Lingerie

With its extensive experience in organizing professional and international lingerie trade show, Eurovet is the authority in trend forecast of lingerie industry. Interfilière Hong Kong – Mode Lingerie will decode the latest lingerie trends, designs, creations and innovations at the Trends Forum in co-operation with Concepts Paris.

Inspired by the award-winning American dramatic television series “Mad Men”, Interfilière Hong Kong – Mode Lingerie has collaborated with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and leading fabric and garment makers (Ace Style, Bischoff, Eurojersey, Made by Niki, Tianhai, Triumph, etc) to design and create lingerie pieces adopting the theme of “Mad Women” with pointy breasts and nipped waist of the 50's and 60's fashion trends. “Mad Women” are voluptuous and confident, they tempt with their allure and mystique. Lingerie designs with this theme are not the fiddly vintage domination, but they are inclined more to the haute couture in the 20's and 30's, illustrations by Aubrey Beardsley and Gruau. The mood is decorative as well as sensual. The “Mad Women” project aims at enhancing the creativity and innovation of the participants. The lingerie collection of this project will be featured at the Trends Forum during the two-day Interfilière Hong Kong – Mode Lingerie and will be presented by models at the VIP cocktail on March 30.

During this two-day event, an extensive program of seminars and conferences will be organized by Eurovet to provide participants in-depth market updates and latest news for Spring Summer 2012. A trend forecast seminar for Autumn/Winter 2012-2013 (by invitation only) will be organized for VIPs at which the upcoming lingerie trends will be unveiled for selected buyers and exhibitors. This year, Interfilière Hong Kong – Mode Lingerie will introduce the Forum Live at which guests and exhibitors will be invited to discuss hot topics of the lingerie market such as shapewear evolution, new lace generation, compression and well being etc, in a relaxing and cozy environment.

In addition, Eurovet also supports the 4th International Symposium of Intimate Apparel to be held at the Chiang Chen Studio Theatre, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on March 29, 2011 between 09:30 to 13:00. With the theme of “Modern Shapewear”, various international lingerie designers, retailers, suppliers and manufacturers will provide insights on the outlook of the shapewear market.
