Outdoor gear and apparel retailer REI (Recreational Equipment, Inc.) announced the results of the 2011 board elections during its annual membership meeting held Sunday, April 10 at its Seattle flagship store.

Co-op members reelected Jesse King, Cheryl Scott and Michael Smith to the board.

King, who resides in Evergreen, Colo., was elected to a second three-year term after his initial one-year appointment in 2007. He is the managing director of Fulcrum Advisors, a privately held consulting firm for the corporate, government and non-profit sectors in philanthropy, organizational strategy and leadership development.
