Gualdoni to develop corporate strategic initiatives for Finish Line

Finish Line announced that Donald J. Gualdoni has been appointed Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Strategy, effective April 14.
Gualdoni, 35, has 13 years experience in business development and strategy. He comes to Finish Line following four years with LexisNexis, a leading global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions designed specifically for professionals in the legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting, and academic markets. At LexisNexis, Gualdoni most recently served as Senior Director, Strategy and Planning, a post he held since 2009. Prior to LexisNexis, Gualdoni was Director of Business Development and Innovation for Circuit City for two years. Earlier in his career, he served as Engagement Manager with consultancy McKinsey & Company, among other leadership roles in consulting and industry.
At Finish Line, Gualdoni will be involved in the evaluation, development and implementation of corporate strategic initiatives that will result in enterprise growth outside of the company's existing business. He will report to Chief Administrative Officer Gary Cohen.

Gualdoni is a 2003 graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, where he earned a master's of business administration degree in strategy and decision science. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan in 1998.
