Zara refutes claim of substandard goods

Zara, the Spanish fashion retailer has said that, all their products sold in Beijing comply with all the health and safety requirements in China.

Zara was replying to a notice sent by the Beijing Consumer Association (BCA)'s claiming that its products failed a quality test.

Two jackets and one trouser were found to be sub-quality in tests carried out by a testing institution authorized by the Beijing Consumer Association.

Zara said that wrong labeling was the main culprit and promised to take extreme care in the future.
